Food insecurity can create serious psychological stress. This purpose of this Food Bank list is to help connect you with resources to increase your access to food and other resources. This list is for El Paso County, including Calhan, Colorado Springs, Falcon, Fountain, Fort Carson, Green Mountain Falls, Manitou Springs, Monument, Palmer Lake, Peyton, Ramah.

My Being Counseling accepts Medicaid, as well as offers a limited number of sliding scale fee and pro bono (free) sessions.

Please verify services, dates, and times before heading out to the food pantry.

Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs has a food pantry on Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. They do ask that you visit only twice a month.

Tri-Lake Cares services northern El Paso County. There is a market and pantry which can be shopped once per week. A services access card is needed for existing clients. New clients bring an ID. They are open Mondays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. There are other income-based services available.
